Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and unworn.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Include all original tags, accessories, and documentation.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Personalized or custom-made jewellery.
- Engraved items.
- Gift cards.
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless faulty).
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Return Process
To request a return:

- Wait for return authorization and instructions.
- Securely package the item and ship it to the return address provided.
- Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Refunds
After your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you would like to exchange an item for another size or design (where applicable), please contact us before returning your order.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our standard return procedure.
